Bio:

Jose was the leader of a small gang operating in Norman. He ran afoul of Robert Mankiller (who was present at the behest of his employer, Diana Raith), but far more terminally for him, his warlock ways were noticed by the White Council. On 17 June, 2014, Warden Bullock apprehended him. It is extremely unlikely that Mister Salceda survived the Council’s judgement, especially as the warden observed firsthand how the warlock attempted to kill Anthony with fire.
